Made in Yoro!
In September 2016, we were invited to Yoro town (Gifu Prefecture, Japan) to give a workshop for 3 days to architecture students of Furuya Laboratory (Waseda University), and to create an installation in 6 additional days, to be presented in Fe Gallery in Tokyo's Aoyama district.
For this installation, we created 19 unique books which were suspended in a spiral, at its apex, a small wooden birdcage.
Released September 2016, only 3 copies have been made, two are in the collection of Ayaka Yasuda, and one is in the archive of The Future Publishing and Printing.
Paper Type: NT Rasha 150 gsm
Colors: full color
We publish our own works, works that we commission, but we are always open to good ideas/works. The Future sees its main goal as providing works that would not be published by large publishers an opportunity to be appreciated.
If you have an idea or a work that you think we would like, get in touch with us.
