On the request of the Nagasaki Museum of Modern Art we created a workshop to teach the simple steps of book binding. The workshop had to be accessible for participants of all generations and it had to be easy to join at any moment. The workshop was a big succes with 400 participants who all made their own cahier during the two days of the workshop.

We used SAGAN paper for the covers and NT RASHA paper for the inside. We had various colors for people to pick from. All the papers were from TAKEO Paper — still our favorite paper manufacturer in Japan (and perhaps one of our favorite in the world).
